Absolutely pathetic. The pharmacy occasionally might answer the phone but waaaaay too often does not in any sort of reasonable time. Not everything can be handled by an AI teller. Dumping Walgreens. I hear CVS is better. Wilson’s was the best.

I have been on the phone now waiting to reach the pharmacy for 35 minutes. They do not answer their phone here. I guess I will have to drive to the location itself to ask a simple question. Well done, Walgreens ??

I have been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get a status on my prescription refill. I ordered on the app but they never received it. Delivery used to work but that failed too.
