You will receive notification that something is ready, go to pick it up and they have no idea what you are talking about. Always told they are short staffed but there will be 4 people behind there, 2 chatting and the other two running around filling pill bottles. Even if you are buying a greeting card you have to wait and wait for someone to come cash you out. Just waited on hold over an hour, called back to speak to the manager who said, yup that is about right....sorry, nothing I can do.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. If you have your doctor call in a script, when you show up they'll say they have no record of it. If this was a one-off, ok...but this has happened to me twice now. Then you call your Doc and hand them the phone and they take the script...tell you to wait 15 minutes...I'm literally sitting in the waiting area...I go back to the counter and they forgot to do it with me sitting right in front of them! Do NOT use them unless you have no value on your time.

I’ve been sitting at the drive through window for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. While I understand they may be short staffed, they could at least come over and let me know they see me out here. I’d go inside, but I fear I’ll lose my place in line. Ridiculous.This Walgreens is open irregular hours and is often out of the prescriptions that are called in. Every time I come here I swear it’s the last time—and this time I mean it. Moving all of my prescriptions across the road.

I used to do DoorDash here and I put a stop to it because the Internet inside the store is shockingly slow it takes me 5 to 10 minutes or more just to be able to scan an item and when it comes to check out, there’s all these errors in the process and then I have to call DoorDash to get it resolved and with the shockingly slow Internet, things being out of stock and all of the glitches when checking out, I am no longer going to waste my time for that little bit of money and is the reason I put a stop to doing DoorDash orders here.

12/31 was closed as of 12:57 when other drugstores were open. Really needed to exchange something today so I was disappointed. Also, I can count the number of items I have search for in any Walgreens store in 40 years and several states. My count: 2. Only 2.

I am ending my many years as a customer. They are never open. Closed on weekends and I have gone days without my medication because of them. The woman I spoke to yesterday was INCREDIBLY rude. She wouldn’t listen to me and spoke to me in a very insulting way and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I don’t really do reviews but I’ve had it with this pharmacy. My doctor sent my medication in three days ago and it’s still not ready and now they are closed for the weekend apparently. They have been doing this to me for MONTHS and many others. Do not fill your scripts here. RUN far far away.

They don’t seem to know what is going on some of the time with prescriptions and now they’re (Pharmacy) not open on weekends. This makes things more challenging.

The pharmacy seems understaffed and has trainees. I am willing to give them some leeway but the pharmacist was surly and seemed to want to get rid of customers rather than aid them. There was a long line and I heard 2 people ahead of me get disgusted and say they were going to another pharmacy. Avoid this Walgreens

The pharmacy seems to be actively trying to shed customers. They are commonly not open even 5 days a week. I had several prescriptions they did not fill because they could not figure out how to charge co-insurance. They claim to be out of stock for two weeks of drugs other pharmacies have.

They don't ever answer the phone, and when they do, they're rude. Their pharmacists quit all the time apparently. They close randomly without notice. They rarely have medication in stock, so they charge twice when they give a partial. When we go into the pharmacy, we find that they have either put the medication back on the shelf after TWO days, or they say they don't have it after they said it was there. Also, when they're questioned about anything, they lash back. Very unprofessional, rude, and they're messing with people's mental and physical health, along with their lives, because when we were there the other day, we met a woman that had been waiting a week for her insulin. We are switching to CVS pharmacy.

I don't usually post reviews but the poor service I received tonight was inexcusable. Last Friday my doctor called in a prescription for my husband. Monday morning he received a text saying it was delayed due to insurance issues. So, Tuesday evening I stopped to check on the problem and was told they couldn't fill it because they were out of stock but were getting a delivery on Thursday and could order it. I asked if it would be ready when I get out of work at 4 and was told it would be. Today I didnt get out of work until 4:50 but decided to call to make sure it was ready because of previous mishaps with this pharmacy.I was on hold for 16 minutes and decided to just head that way anyway. It is about a 15 minute drive from my work to the pharmacy. I stayed on the phone, pulled up to the drive-thru window to be told it would be over an hour before it would be ready. I reiterated everything I previously wrote and the fact I was still on hold and there was no one talking on the phone. I was told there wasn't anything they could do because they are short staffed. There were 3 people, the same I've always seen and only one other customer at the window inside .To be told to wait or come back over an hour later is unacceptable. I drove all the way home still on hold and arrived at 5:45. My husband called and got straight through to be told it would be ready at 6:30. At 6 , he received an automated phone call telling him it was ready. I was always told to take care of the customer in front of you. I will be looking for another pharmacy.
