This is the best pharmacy. It's a small hometown pharmacy where they remember your name. They are always there with a warm greeting and have helped me so much in caring for my sister. So appreciative of this team here.

They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. And I love that they deliver since I can't drive anymore. They have been a definite blessing in my life. And I love their little gift shop, it has so many interesting and wonderful items. I got one of the animal tracking bracelets they sell (they are cheaper than Amazon) and it’s so much fun to follow my seal.

Only 27 years old, but I’ve been going here for years and years! Even compared to big chains this place is great.I highly recommend it as a pharmacy, and a store. Come by for personalized medical care or souvenirs! Lots of interesting old time medical memorabilia and cute “Maine” clothing.Sometimes they are very busy (it’s a local pharmacy with lots of locals). But even with a line out the door and a difficult doctor, they have been nothing but accommodating. Call ahead and they do whatever they can.10/10 wouldn’t even want to go anywhere else

I've never been compelled to write a glowing review of a pharmacy until today. I will never go to a chain pharmacy again! I was programmed to think that waiting in a line for 40 minutes or calling and staying on hold for eternity was the norm. Wilson's is a modern pharmacy but also old fashioned in the best possible way. Their customer service is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have everything you need, and when you call them, you speak immediately with a human being. Imagine!

Needed antibiotics for my son's infection and thankfully they were open. The pharmacist answered my questions and the staff was nice. This is the spot I always get Rx sent to now. There are over the counter items as well. Also a nice little section for Maine retail in the front of the store.
