This is a commendation of one of your employees in the Belfast, ME location, named Landon. I have broken my foot, and I needed some help with retrieving Christmas items. Landon went out of his way to accommodate my special circumstances. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I have had many positive experiences with the staff at Aubuchon, often going the extra mile to be neighborly and helpful. I had such a nice experience at this hardware store. Kaleb was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson. I arrived to the store right before closing time and you would think he would be super annoyed by my questions and request for super heavy potting soil but nope, he was so polite and I had everything I needed in minutes. Landon kindly helped me load up my soil in the car and away I went, one happy flower farmer. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience a great one! Keep up the good work!

I was doing a bit of house painting and window repair and Simon F in Belfast did a fantastic job helping me with finding everything I needed. The glass panes for my windows were cut perfectly and I was provided the perfect paint to use in low temperatures. Thank you and I'll see you soon for my next home project.

It was all about Heat Tape for me. The store team did a fantastic job helping me find what I needed and ordering what they did not have in stock. This is my go-to hardware store, hands down. Thank you to the crew there for always giving great service. It makes a huge difference.

I want to say how helpful Simon was at your Belfast location. I called asking for a product he new right away what I wanted. He said ask for Simon when you arrive. That is what I did and he took me right to the product and I was in and out in no time. That helped as I was in a rush. This store is always so helpful and friendly.

Much improved service vs the last time I placed an order. This time it was right up front in a cart ready to go. Last time it was still out back in the warehouse and I had to go out and get it.
