“I moved to California a year ago and everyone tells me to get a local bank. They don't understand and every time I'm considering it, I have to call for some reason. Hands down, the customer service is something I would pay for. The almost non-existent wait time. No press 1 for English. Non scripted is the best part though. Just a phone call and you talk to a person. I have never called and have been transferred. I have never heard unfortunately I cannot fix this from my end. Thank you so much for reminding me of home.”
