Beautiful, well-preserved and very impressive structure in Victorian style. Unfortunately I was only able to visit it outside due to the limited time available. There is the possibility of visiting it inside with guided tours at set times. If you have the chance to do it I think it's absolutely worth it.

Spent a lot time in Belfast this past summer, didn't have a chance to visit the town office for a review. But I did sit on this cool bench outside the building, while I was waiting for a movie to start at the theater. Belfast is a neat town and I plan on returning soon.
