“We purchased all new appliances in May of 2020. We went with Macleod’s knowing they offer service on appliances purchased there. After having issues with appliances bought at big box stores previously and finding that they do not/cannot service them we knew that shopping a local, family owned business was the way to go. Fast forward six years later our dryer was making a horrendous noise every time it ran. A quick call to Macleod’s told us what to expect. They got a technician out the next week (would have been sooner but our schedule didn’t allow) and it was fixed in less than an hour. The technician was friendly, efficient and explained what he was doing and what had happened that caused the issue. We always recommend Macleod’s, and now we have even more to share of why choosing them is a good choice!”

“Outstanding experience from the first time i visited the showroom through installation. Everyone I worked with was considerate, knowledgeable and available to answer questions. I was completely confident giving them a key to the home even when I was not home.”
