I have been looking for a new pair of shoes for a long time. We were in Maine last month and stopped in Colburn Shoe Store. I was so impressed by the friendly service and attention I was given. I did not find a pair of shoes but ordered a pair and it was mailed to my home in New York State. There is a reason they have been around since 1832! They are good at what they do! It is rare to find such professionalism is a business these days. Thank You, I highly recommend this store!

The widest selection of attractive shoes in all the brands that are supportive and good for feet that I have seen in any store in Maine! Add to that helpful, kind staff and I’d give Colburn Shoes 6 stars if I could!

Really nice staff. We came from Florida and I was not prepared for cold rainy weather. Colburn is in walking distance so I went and found a pair of super cute rain boots. I wore them out of the store and my feet never hurt once as we walked around and explored.

This place looks small but they have a huge selection of footwear. Work boots to sandals to running shoes and everything in between. Friendly staff and the prices are reasonable.

Needing good walking shoes that can accommodate orthotic inserts, I went to Colburn. Colby and his staff listened to my concerns and set me up with new Brooks shoes. I tried them yesterday and was pleased to find they were super comfortable right out of the box! Thank you, Colburn Shoe! I will recommend you to my friends and family!

I would definitely buy from colburn shoes they are the best I was looking for a specific Birkenstock shoe he had 2 pairs so I bought them both since they are sold out all over the country he even shipped them to me in California ?he said they should arrive by the 29th and they did so pleased with Colby great customer service I’d definitely do business here again a happy customer from California
