Charged me $12.95 for parts. But did not use any parts. When I spoke to a CSR about this, they said they charge for using paper towels, gloves. Again they did not use any parts, including paper towels or gloves.
Update: I received a call and apology. $12.95 was refunded back to me.

We have been with Tidewater since the beginning. 3 houses later we continue to be amazed by the wonderful customer service we recieve. Great prices too!!!!!

We love this family owned company! They offer great prices on oil and gas, very responsible maintenance, repairs are reasonable. Their staff is courteous, both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them!
