I walked in at 2:45 pm to buy a few Aveda hair products. I literally waited for 10 minutes and not one of the staff acknowledged me or at the very least nodded to say “ they saw me”. I have gotten my haircut here before and they were professional then. I left without my products and will not go back. I am very disappointed as this is a place I would have liked to support. Maybe Aveda company should know how these employees treat their customers? I guess they didn’t want my business or money. No problem. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I’ll make sure to share my story with others. Thanks for your time.

Sage gave me the exact cut and color I asked for, it's like she read my mind. And she was really fun to spend 2 hours with! I'm definitely a new regular!

First photo was the photo of reference shown to my stylist. Second photo is what was done to my hair. My husband called to complain and the phone was answered by Sage, the stylist who did my hair (she said her name when she picked up). She denied being the one to do it and said that the manager would call the next day to schedule a free redo. Never received the call back. I spent $100 to walk around humiliated and they couldn’t be bothered to call back to fix what they had done. Sage was a sweet girl and fun to talk to so I hate to leave this review, but this is unacceptable. I now have to dish out more than what I payed to have it destroyed, to have someone else fix it!

First photo was the photo of reference shown to the stylist. Second photo was what was done to my hair. My husband called 2 weeks ago to complain and the phone was answered by the person who did it. She denied being the one to do it and said that the manager would call back the next day and schedule a redo free of charge. Never received a call back. This was done by Sage. She was very friendly and sweet to talk to so I hate to leave a poor review and would not have if I had received the call back. I’ve always heard good things about this business. So very disappointed.

I booked an appointment for a cute ombre style. I saved a picture for reference and upon arrival showed it to my stylist who told me it was more of a balayage look. After 3 hours in the salon chair I was left with a FULL HEAD of orange and yellow. hardly any of my natural color left and my natural hair did not fade into the blonde (orange) at all. I could have done better At home. My husband called to complain and the phone was answered by Sage, the stylist who did my hair (she said her name when she picked up). She denied being the one to do it and said that the manager would call the next day to schedule a free redo. Never received the call back. Salon is clean and nice, and staff is personable, but my haircut is not so great. I told my stylist I have very fine hair so my layers need to be much thinner (I've had stylists butcher my hair in the past). I also wanted bangs for the first time in years. Unfortunately, she cut way too much of my hair for bangs and did not properly cut my hair according to the picture I provided her. After cutting my bangs she decided she should dry my hair to ensure she didn't chop too much of my hair into the layers. I was grateful for that, but she told me I should have less layers to make my hair look fuller. I should have insisted that more layers was actually better due to having wavy hair. Anyway, I called and asked for a refund, but they were only willing to have me come in to fix it with another stylist. I had two problems with that. 1) you can't uncut bangs, and 2) supposedly the stylist I had was their best. If my haircut was from their 'best stylist', why would I want to have someone else there try to fix my hair?? :( I had hoped in time, after my hair grew out more, that I would like it better. Nope. I get to be reminded every day about my bad haircut that I paid nearly double what I would have paid my stylist in Texas.

Sage is the best out there! Would highly highly recommend her, she’s been cutting my hair for years. I live over an hour a way and travel to see her anytime I need my hair done. She’s my one and only hair stylist! Love her so much!!
