I went in to ask about a special account and brought all the paperwork. I was told I would hear back the next week and though I tried to contact the bank at least twice, I never heard anything. Such a disappointment. Found a credit union that helped me out, no problem.

Received a call from my pharmacy that my credit card was declined. I called Key Bank and they said the charge was declinrd because of a missed paymenty. I transfered $400 to the card and it would be turned on within 48 hours. I went back and found in my checcking, a transfer for $250 that would have paid off the amount due on the card but Key didn't transfer the money. It's now a week later and the pharmacy says the charge is still denied.This is the way banking should be!

Great bank!! A bankwith employees that still subscribe to the small town values and personal service. I dealt with Kate on multiple occasions. She is the best. Delivers the best you can expect with a great attitude.

Extremely rude. I've never ever been to a bank and treated so rudely in my life. Completely unprofessional I'd never do personal business with this location. It was 5 minutes till close, however no excuse.

They could help out by providing free checks to longtime customers. Bangor Savings in Reny's Plaza does.

Signed up a savings account 5/24/18.Deposited a Key Bank check and was assured the check was good. Today 5/30/18 I am being told the funds are on hold from the back office. So the best they can explain the funds are there but I can't touch my own money until the back office gives the OK. Never again will I use Key Bank.
