They are always so friendly and helpful. And they carry only the best foods and products. My dog Anya is 12 and hardly walks but when we go there she prances around like nothing is wrong, she lives it there! Very customer oriented

Very Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve gone in with many questions as a new cat owner and they will look things up for me to find the right product. Their products are really good quality and with their loyalty program you get some good deals. Ask about their new pet owner care package, it’s amazing!

This is easily one of the best pet supply stores in the area. The service is always top notch and they great you every time you step through the door. Assistance is always available if needed and usually you will be asked if you need any help. Beyond that there is no pressure to buy anything so shopping at your leisure is always welcome. The selection of food, toys and other accessories for your fur baby is excellent. Beyond all that the company is excellent to its areas that is services by giving back to many charities annually. I highly recommend them.

Great local pet shop with tons of local products! The staff are also amazing.I have an elderly cat with food allergies and heart failure, and as such is a tricky guy to feed. I asked the staff here yesterday if they knew of any fish-free and legume-free foods and they were SO amazingly helpful. Right off the bat they were able to find 3 new foods my cat can tolerate with his sensitivity and restrictions.I so appreciate their care, as well as how knowledgeable they are! Loyal biscuit has a new loyal customer. Thank you for being awesome :)

We visit Loyal Biscuit Company every time we are in the Camden Rockport area. It is a great store, with a wide range of products and super service. In fact, we planned ahead to buy our dog’s coat when we were in the area, just because we know this store has such a great selection and such great service. Highly recommend it.
