Needed a check engine light diagnosed before leaving on a long trip. Same day service, quick, helpful and easily resolved. Thanks to Adam who said stop on by and they could check it right out!

Took my 2017 jeep with under 40000 miles in because it was leaking fuel when tank was full. Adam wanted to replace the whole fuel system and not address the issue. It wasnt leaking while running or even when less than full. Obvious what was wrong, but he insisted on the tank needed replacement. After two weeks and no solution I picked up the jeep and repaired it myself. In the rain while lying in the mud in December. He gave me the run around several times. Never called when he said he would and made excuses why my jeep never moved from where I parked it 2 weeks prior. Terrible operation. Honesty goes a long way. It was a bad o ring. That's all!

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 5.9 Cummins to Quirk in Belfast. Issue was hard to start, likely fuel system problem. Sadly, after four weeks and $1500 my truck was still down. Conversations with “Diesel Tech” revealed he only knew what the computer told him and had no real clue as to how to troubleshoot the issue. The only bright spot was the service writer Tim, he did make every effort to get the problem resolved, but could not overcome an inept diesel tech. Finally reclaimed truck, paid the outrageous bill and took it to a real diesel mechanic, less than 24 hours had a repaired truck that ran like new. Sad that a Dodge dealership cannot work on a Dodge product.

terrible took a 2011 jeep grand cherokee to diagnosis a no crank issue, told them it stalled on highway then engine wouldn't turn over nothing but a relay click.they insisted on changing starter long story short they put a new starter on a blown engine. if they had checked the codes as one would expect in a modern shop they have seen the code for an oil issue. mind you it cost $1000 for the starter that I'm sure I didn't need.I've talked to a few mechanic since and none have herd of a starter going bad when your car stalls.I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF.

Don't bother wasting your time if you expect prices advertised online. Vehicles have advertised prices, and upon arrival they quote you hundreds of dollars more then what they promised you over the phone. Guarantees shouldn't be made if you're looking to rob your potential customers.

Worst car dealer ship! One of their sales men Gregg M sold a car right out from under my feet the same hour that I was gathering information from others to make sure I was getting a good deal so I could have a safe car for my child but clearly he was to worried about a quick sale an sold it that very hour an wouldn't even return my phone call because I wanted to hear the car run. That to me is very poor service .
