“Some of the reviews that are posted here are over 5 years old; I think they should be removed or highlighted as old. Staffing and policy changes may have improved service where it was lacking in the past. Current workers should not be given poor ratings for past performances of others. I think the Belfast Post Office and front desks folks are great. I think the USPS nationally is not run well causing delays in mail delivery but that's not the fault of the Belfast staff. I do think my mail delivery is on the every other day or every 3 day system but I attribute that to USPS national not providing staffing to allow for service that we used to come to expect.”

“The lady we worked with to send out a computer and two monitors as well as another box was amazing. Helped us get the best deal we could by having us go through fed ex's web site and giving us other options to get our packages sent. Absolutely amazing work.”
