Terrible staff. Bought a display model because it was the last one. No box, no directions, no discount, no help loading the cast iron wood stove. It was defective and required me to spend $ to fix. No offer to comp me the materials. They were dishonest, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and a bit rude.

Came in to get a lawn mower cart that was posted online for $299.00 and when I got to the store to find it the only one that looked like it and had the EXACT same features had NO labels or pricing on it at all. I brought it in for the cashier to look over and all that was on it was a bar code for one of the bolts on the trailer. I showed her the app and the cart I found that look exactly like the one I brought in and she couldn't figure it out nor really try. She called up the manager who instantly started to argue without even making any eye contact with me whatsoever. After a few minutes of them talking in front of me without asking me anything I spoke up and said here is what's posted online. He instantly said no that wasn't the one it didnt swivel, he punches the foot step where the trailer let's go to tilt and it SLAMS on the floor. He the again tells me its not the same one and walks outside. I then proceeded to check that it DID swivel and its the same as online. He came back in and said it doesnt swivel then when he saw me he said oh it does... his hands start shaking and then he tells me its not the right store as im showing him im on the belfast stores site. I finally said fine I dont want it. After a minute he offers me $50 off so I took it. When I left I realized why he was so rude, his wife who also works at that store and has been incredibly rude has also argued with me before. The last time she worked with him they both followed me around the store like I was a criminal. Very unprofessional and inappropriate especially for the store manager. Shouldn't be working with his wife either!

I love this store for so many reasons: vaccines for your fur babies. Chicks All your pet supply needs farming, Medications for your fur baby but, they also have a Vet clinic every other week usually on Saturday but, sometimes more often. They keep up on the vaccines like rabies and health checks. Provide pet grooming and washing. Also flea treatments. I tend to go the natural route. Medium and small farming equipment. Grills and supplies. Great place 😸😸

I get all my bird feeding supplies at Tractor Supply, I also use wood pellets for my cats litter box, I usually able to get someone to help me with 40lb bag.

Went to get couple tanks of propane filled. I had only used them one time previously so I didn't know the proper procedure. Girl inside was completely flustered trying to figure out what I wanted. They expect me to know how to go about doing this how I'm supposed to know I have no idea. So I questioned the first girl and the one outside on procedure they both very hostile. So wouldn't you know both tanks were rejected.there was nothing wrong with the tanks as my one previous visit they filled both. So now it's 630 pm I have no heat for the night because they were flustered by me having to ask a few questions . All I wanted to do was figure out were I had to drop the tanks and who I paid. I guess that is to much to ask.i forgot the best part as I stood outside waiting to get my tanks rejected I got to listen to the two employees have a conversation about. She said she was outside when I pulled up. That's untrue. Someone was walking up about 60 yards away as I went in to ask what to do. Again how am I supposed to know how this works until someone tells me? What is the harm in asking for help understanding is the real issue ? Also I managed to get the tanks filled elsewhere after a few hours tanks are fine

Marie was super helpful and friendly! Got my propane tanks filled quickly and didn't even have to go back inside to pay (card read at propane station) - so convenient!

This TSC store in Belfast tends to be the most under staffed, unorganized, chaotic store I have witnessed. I try to go to ANY OTHER tractor supply in any other town. Have had rude management experience when I have been in this store. When I have went to other TSC I see helpful staff throughout the store. The times I go to belfast TSC I rarely see more staff than than at register. I would suggest going to any other town if you want to shop tractor supply.

I visit this Tractor Supply all the time to help pick up feed and materials for a local animal sanctuary. The store is usually well-stocked and the staff is attentive and ready to help answer questions or help you find something you're looking for. Prices are reasonable and there is always ample parking.
