Keenan was 10 out of 10. I have never had customer service that was so damn effortless.
If you are having a problem, and need a new phone this man can get you set up.

I was very happy with the help I received at the belfast maine store.
There was an issue with the online order I had placed and the salesperson was not able to get the transaction to go through. She took the time to call support twice in order to help me. It was really appreciated since I first stopped at the thomaston store where the order was originally placed for and was told the computer was down and she could not help me. I had just arrived on vacation after an 8 hr car trip and was not able to get the phone.Mine was not usable. She did not even try to call support or another store to help me.Said I would have to wait until Monday. This was on a Saturday and not acceptable. I contacted the other store on my own.

The manager, Keenan Haynes was not helpful and extremely rude. I explained my situation regarding insurance issues. Not once did he even try to offer help finding a location to fix my phone screen. He said " either replace the whole phone, or go without a phone for 5-7 business days." He was not understanding. The worst service I have ever experienced. I got better service from the 1-800 number. I recommend starting there bc he does not value the customer.

The guy Keenan was absolutely awful at helping my wife with her phone. My wife's phone screen needed to be replaced and Keenan was next to useless about trying to help solve and own the solution. I would highly suggest that Verizon look back at their customer service training standards.

I was in Maine visiting from out of the country and needed help and found it!Robert T. is fantastic. Patient, friendly, kind and well-mannered. When I came back in a few hours after we initially worked together, he was still smiling and friendly and fixed my issue.(Mandy was also fabulous when I popped in for a separate issue on Bob's day off.)

This is not a Verizon store, they can not process returns or actually help you, if you have a technical problem they just make you call actual Verizon which you can do from your own living room.

I went to this store to see about getting my daughters phone fixed. They lied to me saying that we didn't have protection on our phones and that we wouldn't be able to get her phone fixed through Verizon.

Excellent Verizon customer service from Bob on Saturday in Belfast, Maine. He didn’t hard sell anything. Just offered options, explained everything he offered so I could choose, and helped me learn to navigate the new hardware that doesn’t have a “home” button any more. (My old iPhone was that ancient.) Sooo much better service there than Augusta. (They made me set up my own phone when I bought it about five years ago.) I highly recommend Verizon in Belfast, Maine.

This is not a Verizon store. I needed to changes plans and phones and they were not able to do the set up without me calling Verizon customer service myself. And they would charge $35 for just swapping your SIM card from one phone to another. One star for being transparent about that.

I have brought phones with issues to Verizon locations like this multiple times and they have helped walk through phone troubles. Location hands-down will not help but they will give me the one 800 number that you can call to do it yourself.….. with service like this I will never come here to buy a phone again because once you buy the phone, they are not willing to help at all.
