She stayed with me through the entire process of locating my held mail and even left a note for her colleagues to ensure it’s ready for me tomorrow. “This is a convenient stop for folks living on the east side of the river. There is no wait, and they seem to provide all postal needs. There are two entrances. You walk to the back of the hardware store to access one of the entrances.”
