This is also a federal office building housing FBI, social security, and others. If you get lost the many guards on duty can direct you. Don't be put off by the view from the street, there is ample parking and handicap entrance on State Street side. You just can't see them from Western Avenue.”

“The drivers for express 10/10 every single time!!! I have monthly time sensitive and fragile delivery, it is always so well taken care of. In the warm seasons they will walk it to my stairs in the shade. I've found it tied in a bag when it's been raining before as well. I never asked for such mindful treatment they just do it. If I was FedEx I would be giving them bonuses and raises definitely! 1 time I was upset with Fedex about a late check and I always feel guilty now because of how wonderful the service is in this area.”
