“After loading our Belfast Farmers Market bags in the back of our car, we discovered the key to the car was under one of the bags and it locked us out. What to do? The maker of our vehicle offers an 800 number for roadside road assistance. I was on hold for an hour before I opted for a call back which 36 hours later still has not arrived. Now I know they are useless! So I call the local police. They asked if I had a pen - no it's in the car! No problem! The dispatcher quickly and efficiently transferred me to Totman Enterprises and Brian showed up in less than the 20 minutes his wife Sue told us to expect. It took Brian 3 minutes to get us into our car and reunite with our key. We even got to be entertained by Brian and Sue's matrimonial banter. Rockstars!”

“Got my car stuck in the snow on the side of the road in Searsmont & Totman’s was able to get to me in 15 minutes for half the price that my insurance roadside assistance quoted me. They even visually checked the car for damage. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!”

“Everyone here is so great. But Rob had gone above and beyond - calling around and finding used parts when appropriate to save us money without us even asking. You cannot beat that!”
