The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. “Bob Van Gorden was great to work with while I was buying my Rav4. He called me right back and sent me information and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. About two days after I bought the Rav I have a question about the mode functions. So, I sent him a text and within a few minutes he responded with an answer. “This is a great place to buy necessary auto replacement parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me to avoid unnecessary costs in repairs to my vehicle. They could have easily sold me parts to make sales, but they didn't. Their honesty may have cost them $5, but it has guaranteed them future business. I have the responsibility of maintaining 6 vehicles for myself and family. They have gained my trust and I will shop there for all my vehicles needs. And they are open until 9pm... Huge selling point. I get out of work after 8. I can buy what I need and not have to wait until a day off which isn't always easy. Cannot give enough praise for this location. They went out of their way to pick up a part for me at another location rather than just send me there. Best customer service in this field.”

“Went here because car was making a noise when turning and saw grease near the front CV joint. Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. Even took it for a test drive. They then let me know it looked ok and to get it checked out when I got back home. They didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even take money for their time. Highly recommend them to my family and friends that are local.”
