“I was in the middle of a 6 hour trip when my engine was about to overheat. After going to the VIP in Waterville (they were too busy but also helpful) I was sent to this location. The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. For it being a stressful situation they set my mind at ease and were so wonderful and helpful. I’m so grateful for the entire experience from start to finish!”

“Bob Van Gorden was great to work with while I was buying my Rav4. He called me right back and sent me information and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. About two days after I bought the Rav I have a question about the mode functions. So, I sent him a text and within a few minutes he responded with an answer. I highly recommend Central Maine Toyota and especially Bob. Thanks for everything.”

“VCC is the absolute best place that I and my family have ever taken our vehicles. The prices are great, the work is done swiftly with high quality, and the team members are excellent at communicating for those of us that are not familiar with the procedures. Bryan even checked out my car with no appointment when I cruised in panicked after just having scraped the bottom of my car on a bump. I cannot speak more highly of this place. There's a special place in mechanic heaven for these guys!”

“We got great help here! We had our battery die on us on a really hot summer day. Had a worker named Ann (Amy?) help us look up the old battery's warranty and what a relief. A worker there named Cameron really helped us out getting a new battery in and was reassuring to work with despite the inhospitable weather. We really appreciated his help and kind words!”

“This is a great place to buy necessary auto replacement parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me to avoid unnecessary costs in repairs to my vehicle. They could have easily sold me parts to make sales, but they didn't. Their honesty may have cost them $5, but it has guaranteed them future business. I have the responsibility of maintaining 6 vehicles for myself and family. They have gained my trust and I will shop there for all my vehicles needs. And they are open until 9pm... Huge selling point. I get out of work after 8. I can buy what I need and not have to wait until a day off which isn't always easy. Cannot give enough praise for this location. They went out of their way to pick up a part for me at another location rather than just send me there. Best customer service in this field.”
