Just overall not happy with how things have gone very poor communication the price has gone up 4 times in a year !! I could understand one but four !! I was on auto pay and still they would add on fees i would not rent with them again

April, the woman I spoke with at K.O. storage was incredibly outstanding! She made my day with her kindness and sense of humor. Because of April, I rented a larger unit because the small ones weren't available. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, humor and expertise. Incredible and outstanding job well done!!

I recently rented a unit and ended up not needing it after a couple of days (without use) and I received a full refund. The kindness is what I appreciated most. Great personality and overall great experience.

Since purchasing this storage unit business from a private owner KO Storage has done little to upgrade - there was no need. It is a high quality unit. However increasing prices at least twice and most recently by $25/month feels like gouging renters when everyone is struggling. But worst to present the increases as if you were doing is a favor. At any rate, I found a closer unit at a much lower rate.

My only experience with this company was when they nearly doubled the rent as soon as they took over.The upside is that now we can pay the bill online.
