    Very kind and helpful staff. They were willing to cut and mix up more short ribs for me when my flavor preference was running low. Also, I am so thankful for the 1lb of free wings I received!

    Within the butchery there is a sandwich shop. OMG, the brisket and mac n cheese is to die for, SO GOOD

    The owners and staff are always polite and courteous. Prices are great best meat for sure and happy face BBQ in the same spot. It's a fantastic place to go!!!
