Worst Cumbys in the whole United States. They are always out of stock of basic products (like straws or lids). Machines broken for over a week, no ice half the time, soda machine doesn’t work correctly even though team members have been told multiple times it doesn’t. What a disgrace

I asked for a sandwich to be heated up and was told...no one could heat up my sandwich because of an injury. There was 2 employees working....what a rediculous excuse to not do your job.

4 out of the 7 mornings I come here for my morning breakfast and coffee there 20 mins late opening the doors why don't you just change your opening times to 530am it's very frustrating considering I live 5min away and come here before work which makes me late. I then have to go to Dunkin Donuts. This has been going on for 6 months know and hope management can fix this issue. If you do I'll change my review.

In Berwick, I stopped by the Cumberland Farms for a quick late lunch. I got a slice of cheese pizza at 99¢ + tax. The pizza had not been out long. It was fresh, so it was quite good. It had a good amount of cheese on top. There were no burnt spots I rate the pizza at 4.5 and ca recommend it when it's fresh. The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews. If you found this review useful, please click HELPFUL.

stay away. The assistant manager likes to talk about people to others even if it is false. I went through this there were she called her sister and told her that my daughter had been in the store swearing. Well she wasn't swearing but using words similar to swearing. She was having a rough day and the bus driver missed the drop off spot. I had gotten a call from the managers sister stating that myself and my daughter got a warning. Shouldn't that come from the store manager? Her sister also stated that it was on camera and that she didn't believe me and said she could go see that security camera footage. The way this was handled had my daughter in tears. She didn't swear and for the assistant manager to be talking about it to other people or family is very unprofessional. I wanted to file a complaint with the company but my daughter doesn't want me too. So if this stuff happens what else goes on there. There is a lot more to my story, but I try and avoid that store and go to Borderline in Somersworth. I don't need any more lies being told

The amount of trash/facemask along side the fence and behind the store is disgusting ? they usually rake it into the tree line behind the store into the swamp!

Very busy.. My only complaint was the key fob to use restroom. Just felt gross. Other than that, love the place. Coffee is good. And not all locations lock their bathrooms.

Heading into Maine from Somersworth, NH, I stopped at Cumberland Farms in Berwick. While there, I inquired about the new Shorty Meatball Subs that I’d seen a poster for at another store. They were 2/$5.00. They were 6” and had 4 meatballs in them. The manager defrosted the meatballs late morning so they’d be fresh for subs about 11:00 – 11:30 AM. I said I’d be back for an order. I did buy a Chocolate Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffin at $1.79. With 8% Maine Meals Tax, the total was $1.94. The chocolate twice is not a typo. They’re chocolate with chocolate chips. That’s right; they’re double chocolate. And, the added yogurt makes the Cumberland Farms muffins richer, moister, and tastier. At home as I cut the muffing in half, I noticed a lot of chocolate chips on top of this particular muffin. I counted them There were twelve. And, there were several more inside. Chocolate City! It was, of course, sinfully rich and absolutely delicious. This muffin has so many chocolate chips that it was totally over the top. I have to rate this one at a perfect 5.0.
