We were in need of a storage unit for our buisness to store our equipment for the winter. I had some questions about the unit. Randy returned my call promptly. Answered all my questions. We were able to complete the rental agreement on the phone. I was impressed by how quick the process was. We were able to access our unit the same day! Great customer service!

I rented a 20x15 storage unit. The facility is immaculate and easy access to the units. I moved from Mass and was happy that my belongings would be safe and secure while waiting for our new house to be built. Additionally, they have very fair prices!

I rented a 10x15 and then upgraded to a 10x20. It was easy to to with no problems at all. The facility is nice and secure with a security gate with a pass code to get in. The garage and the entire facility is also very clean. It was also very reasonably priced. I sold my vehicle and moved out but if I need storage in the future I'll be a return customer

The ease of setting up and free truck rental upon sign-up made this storage facility great! Not to mention one of the most competitive prices around. Randy went above and beyond to make sure our move in was as seamless as possible. We handled everything over the phone at the facility and was able to open the gates and start moving things in instantly. I highly recommend this storage company over the competition. Literally half the price and incredible customer service. Thanks again Randy and Route4Outdoor!

My parents rented a unit for about a year to store things while their new house was being built. Unfortunately the place is infested with mice and they got into just about everything. Just about every box had evidence of rodent damage. Iād try one of the other 4-5 storage facilities in town before ever using this place again.

Randy was very pleasant to deal with professional all the way the unit was clean & very secured, the whole complex is very secured cameras everywhere along with heavy duty fencing. I recommend these guys 100%.

Great experience using Route 4 Storage! Amazing customer service from the day I rented my unit. Very clean, best prices in the area (when I searched all the other local storage places beforehand), 24hr access, convenient location! Would definitely use them in the future, and recommend to anyone for a great stress free storage company.

My husband and I found ourselves needing a storage unit in a pinch, I made a few calls near us and they had crazy prices! So I started looking in the area of our new house and we found quite a few but route 4 stood out they looked clean and it was protected by a gate. I called them and they were so friendly!! We had our first storage unit ever in less than 5 minutes! It is very clean, itās secure and safe. The prices were so reasonable best around. They are so nice if I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely use them. They are 24/7 there are light every where. It was such a good and easy process in such a stressful time. I even recommended my daughter use them so her and my son in law got a unit too. Very nice people and I highly recommended. 10 stars David and Jess Davis

We needed a storage unit on very short notice and route 4 delivered! With one phone call and a few minutes on my phone and I had a unit! Great service, clean spacious units with high ceilings and 24 hour access. Highly recommended!!!
