Twice now I had to replace my mail box because a package comes too large to fit in the mailbox but Berwick Maine postal worker tried to jam it into my mailbox and breaking it

My mail was sent on 7/04/24 and today is 7/10/24 and it has not arrived. How worst can it get. Calling is a waste of time nobody answers and they keep on sending me all over. I have not seen worst service
