What a horrible place and people. I have in the 7 years I've been here has anyone been nice. I bring in a tiny box that THE MAILMAN REFUSED TO PICK UP FOR 2 MONTHS. And the lady was rude and said it wasn't her job it was the mailman's. Well no kidding, you don't say.... It's your job that's what a post office is for. I put the label on incorrectly and I get attitude. How about you train well. Like the other 2 women ganged up on me as well and stuck up for them and there is no training correctly. Well guess what same for everywhere else. But you'd think that after almost 6 months you would know your route. Yes it's the holidays I have complete understanding. But I started this before the holidays. And why was it ok for the Karen that jumped in to come in complaining her mail hasn't been picked up with flag up, BECAUSE SHE WORKED FOR THEM FOR SO MANY YEARS. Because I stuck up for myself letting the woman know she was rude off the bat. And the old me before my hit-and-run I would have screamed in your face. So what you saw today was my traumatic brain injury in full force and being scared to be in public. I don't care Karens you were rude from the start. No reason for you to even be open , SINCE YOU SEND EVERYONE TO SOUTH BERWICK. so glad I'm leaving this crap hole of a town. And rude for a broke as town. Especially the churches and the post office. So I'm calling better business bureau. And let them know you have a 2.7 star rating and your attitudes are awful. And there is no point for something to be open if you're sent elsewhere.THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME CRY IN THE PARKING LOT. They don't open until 9 pissy if you're waiting at the door. And lunch almost 2 hours and then your closed what an hour and half later. SMH

My mail was sent on 7/04/24 and today is 7/10/24 and it has not arrived. How worst can it get. Calling is a waste of time nobody answers and they keep on sending me all over. I have not seen worst service

Berwick postal is the worst post office in our area. If you have a package they will no longer deliver it if you live on a dirt road. Our short dirt road is smoother than the tar roads in Berwick. This is poor customer service. UPS, FedEx and other delivery services have no problem delivering packages. I recommend using other delivery methods and stay away from Berwick USPS!!!!!!
