"I recently visited 7-11 and was disappointed by the poor customer service and inappropriate behavior I witnessed. Including drugs being sold in and outside the store !
The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and there were instances of rude and disrespectful behavior towards customers. This experience left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I hope the store addresses these issues to provide a more positive environment for all customers."
This place has gone down hill ! And is beyond filthy !

Awesome 24/7 store I can buy food near my home especially during late night I'm nocturnal and use gas for my roommate's car. Run fine. Too bad Bangor doesn't have one up from here.

They falsely Advertise a muffin and coffee for $2.49 . These places should take down these old signs or they should give it to you as the price is listed even if you don't have a rewards card.

I couldn't be more thankful for Mark everything ha as been going wrong always get hot coco and other things every ? Mark red hair amazing ligit worked on the machine for like 20 mins so I could get my coco made my night he's amazing I would ligit tip him if I could ? thank you so much every time so polite knows what hes doing never lazy just had to post this

Went in Monday night to get more minutes for my tracfone ran out of receipt paper they tried to reprint it and code didn't print out and only had one person working register so I decided to take receipt and go in next day and after waiting 30 minutes was told nothing they can do and call customer care which I couldn't because needed the minutes for my phone so they ripped me off of 22.25 and very rude about it.

First off, Christopher Luna's review clearly shows he's uneducated. No legitimate business will sell ANY group alcohol if anyone within that group is unable to provide proper identification or if anyone is underage. The latter is considered selling alcohol to a minor, and legally if you appear to be under 40 years old, they are required to ask for an ID. The cashier was doing her job in accordance with state laws, so Christopher decided to give the store 1 star because they refused to BREAK THE LAW FOR HIM? That's ridiculous and he clearly needs to get a grip.Secondly, this spot gets a terrible reputation and it has for decades. I frequent it because it's the closest place to my home that's open 24/7 and, trust me, when you're basically nocturnal like I am, you want to be friendly with those who work where you shop! I've never had a bad interaction with anyone who works there or shops there.I hope those of you who HAVE will keep in mind that every single one of us has bad days, especially working with the public. I also hope those with previous poor experiences will give them another shot, but that is your choice. 7-Eleven, thank you for your commitment to the public and for remaining open 24/7 when all other stores have since limited their hours. Especially during COVID-19! You're all rockstars in my book! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
