My car had something scraping on the bottom. I called AAA's Saco (?) office and they sent a truck out to possibly give it a tow. The technician Edward found out what the problem was and did a temporary repair on the splash guard so I was able to drive it home and take it to be fixed when I had time. Edward was very polite, friendly, and professional. explained everything and was very polite and friendly. Very happy with my experiences with AAA!

In January I booked with an agent on a Princess cruise at AAA in Biddeford with KHani. She never stopped talking even when I asked her so I could transfer money. She told me if I drank coffee I needed the Medallion added for $900. SO 10 cups of coffee cost me $900. She never credited me for previous cruises so I didn't get the benefits usually associated with return bookings. Most of this I didn't learn until after I was on the cruise and booking another trip. Live and learn. I asked Princess to remove her (AAA) from my account. Told me to call AAA Biddeford when I returned to do so. I did this. Spoke with Ruth (supervisor) who told me when I got someone else let her know and she'd put them in. I decided I could do it myself. All the monthly emails from Princess went to Ruth and were never passed on to me for the past 6 months. I contacted Princess in August to find out why I hadn't seen my account charged. I was informed my trip was cancelled for nonpayment. AAA Biddeford never forwarded the emails about payment or benefits. I spoke with Ruth after speaking with Princess . She played dumb about information. Princess had a list of mailing sent to AAA Biddeford. They never had the courtesy or professionalism to just forward the info. Unfortunately I lost the trip to celebrate a very special life. Thankfully Travel Center in Sanford was able to work with Princess to get me another cruise as close to possible as the original. When I confronted Ruth still playing dumb until I told her of the info Princess had provided. After hearing the info she agreed to reimburse my deposit which they received in February. If I hadn't had the info from Princess I feel she would have kept the money. Go elsewhere if you are looking to book. There are other AAA agencies and travel agents to go to. Karma will pay her and Khani a visit. Both should be fired.

Broke down at the Kittery rest area we had Speedy service by Rory who was happy to help us gave us the best advice I felt safe in his truck he brought us all the way to our Campground and did an amazing job

AAA cost me $1416.00!!!! Don't get insurance with them they don't know what they are doing!!! I switched my auto and home owners insurance to AAA on June 2019. For my homeowners insurance I needed an inspection. Veronica my agent, never forwarded the pictures to the proper department and unbeknownst to me they canceled my policy. A year later my mortgage company goes to renew my policy and I find out I've been uninsured for the past year and fine me $1416.00. I never got a call or letter from AAA. They are completely incompetent!!!!

Just left the Biddeford Maine location to renew my membership and great customer service from Serriah as she was as kind as anyone I have done business with anywhere. Great job hiring this upbeat employee, thank you for the easy transition today.

I needed battery service today and as usual AAA did an excellent job of sending out a knowledgeable, polite, and professional guy (Justin). I really appreciated that he did a great job of social distancing and wore a mask as well (as did I) and did a great job explaining the battery issue. He hooked the battery up to the analyzer thingy to test it. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and didn't try to hard sell me a battery which he easily could have. I have never felt pressured by AAA to buy a battery or left confused as to what the problem was with the car. If you do need a battery AAA will bring the battery to you, install it, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. I've always gotten my batteries through them. I decided to have the car towed to a garage instead of dealing with the battery because there was another major issue with the car that would have prevented me from driving it enough to keep a battery charged. He asked me if I needed anything in the car and also if I needed any of the keys on the key ring - which I did and if it wasn't for him asking me I would be without my house keys. He called the tow truck, left the keys on the visor for the truck, and let me know that they would put me keys in the drop box at the garage. Justin told me I didn't even need to be out when they towed the car away. The tow truck was here within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend AAA. I have had such good experiences with them. Everyone they have sent has always been polite and took their time explaining things to me. The customer reps are also very nice and thorough. Thanks Justin and AAA!

Staff are always very friendly and more than helpful with my questions and needs!! I myself have renters insurance and vehicle roadside assistance with this establishment. I mainly use the office in Biddeford,Maine and they are always more than meet my needs ! Thank you AAA for your many years of service to me and much more in the future !!!
