The lazy dude at the counter told me to go look in the owner manual for a part… while on his phone in front of his computer that’s literally for looking up car parts. Didn’t even attempt to ask make/model/year. Hope his doordash order sucked and his boss sees me immediately go cry in my car in the parking lot after that unpleasant interaction. That’s the fun of being a woman when it comes to car issues I guess. Will not be going back.

Went to buy something to take sap off my car - not knowing what kind of product to use. They said they were all out and to use Goo Gone. It doesn't work. Thank God somebody warned me not to put it on paint as it will affect the clear coat.

Was lil BUTT HURT $12, YAAA IKR $12 I say for valve stem covers, like seriously it's an oc. Of plastic!!! Wthhhhhh ok mine were shiny black & silver metal to match pedal bike but still 2 oz. Of materials. Ridiculous

Got a battery that wouldn't hold a cold charge so they had to test it for 6 hours...it's been 3 days no response..douche bags work there they have no idea what a cold charge meant when I brought it up too them..if you work in auto parts learn your products and give customers what they want..terrible customer service was put on hold for another retail company. Customers should be #1..trashy store and people..
