Could not recommend All-Safe Self Storage enough! Jane is so amazing to work with. She is extremely communicative, friendly, courteous and professional. The facility was easy to get into, and well kept. I will definitely be using All-Safe in the future!

We have rented a storage space each year for the last four years that our daughter has gone to school here. Jane has always been fast, efficient, helpful, and all around great to work with. The units have been safe and clean and have worked wonderfully for us. I would recommend All-Safe to anyone who needs a storage unit!

Jane and Bill were so great dealing with us while switching our unit to a bigger one. They did the best they could to get us as close as possible. They made sure we were happy. We've had a unit with them for four or more years and they have always been really great. The things in our unit have never been damaged and the spaces and lot are always clean.

I had anticipated to be moving at some point this Spring. When the opportunity of having the necessary help (grandkid's friends) during Spring break appeared, I seized it. Called Jane to review the policy and provided notice. As always, she responded immediately was delightful, accomodating and an absolute delight to work with.

When I first reached out to all-safe regarding a storage unit to use for the winter I expected the process of obtaining and moving my things into the unit to be fairly seamless, however the experience was nothing but inconvenience after inconvenience.After renting a unit, signing a contract and paying for a month in order to secure the space, when my husband went to bring a load of things to our unit, the door code would not work. When I emailed Jane about it that evening she replied the next day saying that my name was not on that unit. I then went in and spoke with her and she had rented our unit to someone else the day after we signed our contract.She did give us half off of one month, but only after I asked if she could do anything given the situation. She said that rather than refunding the amount that was paid already that next month we would be charged half. The next month came and we were charged the full amount. It wasn’t until the following month when I again reached out to make sure that this issue was corrected that the right amount was charged.After switching to a different unit after our was rented to someone else our entry code also changed. The next time we went to access the unit again it did not work. Luckily this time Jane was in the office and was able to give us the correct code which was a digit off of the code that was written on my contract.Additionally, our payments were supposed to be set up to be withdrawn automatically as outlined in our contract around the end of each month. However this originally was not done, and we didn’t realize it until again, we tried to get into the unit and were locked out because they had not charged our reoccurring payment and said we hadn’t paid. There was never a phone call or an email sent to indicate to us that it wasn’t processed and that we would not be able to access it.Mid April I sent an email to Jane stating that we would be moving out of the unit by the end of the month and that I would like a confirmation email and acknowledgment that I would not be charged for another month as we would be out of the unit. Yesterday, May 15th, over 15 days passed when our usual payment would have been “automatically” process I was charged. I contacted Jane and she said that it would be reimbursed.I have never left a bad review for a business in my life, but the experience that I had using all-safe was awful. I chose it based on location, but I would travel twice as far and pay 2 times as much to rent anywhere else.

Had a storage unit there for a few years, the wife and I are downsizing so we cleaned out our unit recently.staff always helpful and friendly.thank you.will definitely use them again if needed.

I have a storage unit in their Arundel location and on three separate occasions, I wasn't able to access my unit--twice due to the gate malfunctioning and most recently, I couldn't get the door to lift. They plow but don't clear in front of the door. On two occasions I called for assistance and never got a return call. Frustrating beyond belief. No emergency call number displayed which would be helpful for situations I just described. Bad service but my guess is they don't care because they probably have a wait list. Go elsewhere.

Safe, reliable, and professional. My whole experience with All Safe Self Storage was exceptional from start to finish. Jane the manager made the whole process very easy and answered all my questions. The 5 x 10 unit was clean, spacious and completely dry even after a few storms. Highly recommend! Thank you Jane!

I have been with all safe since 2017, and a few other times. I highly recommend all safe storage. The site is gated with cameras. Very friendly crew who works there. When and if I need to rent storage again. I will definitely go back to all safe
