My son purchased his first car here. They said they would fix a bad manifold after purchase. They failed to honor that commitment. Now he has to pay for it out of pocket. Typical used car salesman with no integrity.

I gave it a 1 only because there is no 0 they ripped us of Royale with both cars I bought at the same time and then refused to fix anything they said they would Its been almost a year and they still haven't gotten my girlfriend the headlights they promised her my car lasted a month and the clutch blew they said I didn't know how to drive a clutch I drove tractor trailer 33 years even the flywheel was shredded that's the kind of car and honesty you can expect from them they do nothing but lie and cheat to sell you a lemon and then do nothing they say they will to fix it I would recant my statement and probably drop dead if they did anything they said they would do. So they get a 0 and a middle finger straight up

We smashed a tire on a curb and Lloyd Hafford loaned us his car overnight while he found a replacement. We were from out of state and appreciate his courteous and efficient service. We highly recommend him.Service: Tires

It's a joke around Biddeford, "the lemon dealer next to mardens"I have not orally heard anything good about these guys. They called it "appearance sales" for a reason. They've burned so many people. Everytime I see a temporary plate on a car with their name, I ask how many issues they've had.Stay away! I hope whoever owns this place honestly gets punished.

Some of the most honest, and nice dealership workers. Had no issue buying a car there and it took very little time to trade in my old one and buy a new one. Definitely 5 stars

Do not go there they will sell u junk they won't fix it and they put fake inspection stickers on cars to sell to make money they seem nice to they reel you in like a fish

Red flag red flag red flag!! Went to look at a car that I was very interested in. Guy said car was in mint shape and had new tires, ect.. Asking price was way to much for what it was worth. Car did not have new tires, there was scratches, patched up rot, water stains on carpeted ceiling, literally 20 air fresheners under the seats. I was very disappointed with the lies, and butter talk. First impressions goes a long ways, and when speaking to the guy, he did not give a good impression at all and the longer I talked to him the more red flags. Be very wary of this place. No joke! Spoke to another business about the place, and it was not good at all! I have never written a bad review before, but I really want to warn people.

Great small and local dealership to find nice vehicles at a good price. Lloyd is awesome and wants his customers walking away happy and taken care of. Better to support smaller local companies rather than the big box dealers.

A few months ago I bought a car from this place, I was nervous when I heard a noise when the vehicle started ip, Rick insured me that all kias make this noise, that there isn’t anything to worry about. Okay I went on and got this car as mine was dead in another car dealerships parking lot. Drive the car off the lot 2 days later I’m driving and the vehicle is slowing down and it’s not going anywhere, look under the hood and there is oil everywhere I contacted Rick, got it towed to his shop to look at it. He informs me that bolts from my high pressure oil pump sheared off. Talking to many different people Bolts don’t sheare off unless they’re tampered with. What happened was that ricks mechanic didn’t replace these bolt when they took them out he just put the old ones back in. Still unclear why they touched the pump as he states that no one touched the oil pump. He complained about the towing billing as I wasn’t close at all, Holding it against my warranty (text to prove this) Not even a week after this the check engine light comes on, I take it to Rick he pulls up the code for a cam shaft sensor. He turns off the light, orders the part schedules an appointment to bring it in. The day I bring it in the light is off, it didn’t turn back on from getting it looked at. Rick wouldn’t touch the car cause the light wasn’t on. I leave not even an hour light is on again. I couldn’t go back as I had to go to work out of state. I told Rick when I had my appointment that the car wasn’t running right after the light came on and off on its own. as my light has been on and off 6 times in less then a month. He told me I wasn’t use to driving a newer car as I had a 09. So concerned about this car and getting no answers from Rick but him telling me that I just not use to this car. The problem is a engine timing chain and tensions. Buying this car with this problem is not acceptable. Rick knew it had this issue he was just stalling me so I wouldn’t go anywhere. I gave him many chances to just tell me the truth so I can take care of business. I have texts of all the lies that this company has told me and proof that isn’t not true. I did 2 oil changes in a month and a half because the oil is bad. DO NOT A BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are just looking for a buck and don’t care about others life’s. I’m gonna lose everything because I can’t make a car payment, pay rent and pay 3k for this problem. It’s funny how fast your life can fall apart from buying a car from a dishonest person.
