There was plenty of soap, so that's good. The mechanical arms that wash the vehicle, could definitely be more gentle, per what the description of the wash is. But they hit and rode the vehicle with such force that it was moving my truck all about. In closing, with all of the soap that is used, the rinsing could definitely be a heck of a lot better. So in the end, my truck does need to be rinsed again.
Edit: After reading all of the other reviews prior to submitting this one, I'm not surprised that the owner had such a long reply to my review with a bunch of excuses and reasons. The thing is, is that he goes on about the open truck bed and all the suds that fly up. What's funny about that is that my truck has a tonneau cover. And it was on the truck at time of going through the car wash. My advice to anybody that reads the reviews, just don't pay attention to the owner's replies. As he'll say anything so that his car wash and him are not a fault.

This is a 24hr touch-less and power-cloth vehicle wash facility. It’s hidden behind Aroma Joes and can be difficult to reach due to the narrow road. The quality of wash and availability is excellent.

They decided to cram in a coffee shop and sign says right lane carwash. Left lane coffee.but was opposite. No vacuums unless you pay more and says no trucks. Advertise as touchless but NOT main bay. People were nice and polite but the setup is terrible. Tons of soap left on my truck.

The car wash is great. It does a good job. The vacuum is expensive and strangely placed because it's not evident how to exit the business. That sorted, I recommend vacuuming first and then go through the wash. Otherwise you'll wait in the coffee queue to return back to the vacuum area.

This place is usually alright.
Today June 24th 2025 at 8:30am was TRASH,
I payed for the premium wash or what ever it is, $24.00 the most expensive car wash.
The guy was on his phone. Usually they will at least half ass scrub the front and back of your car, this guy didn’t even bother. He sprayed part of it with the suds and sent me through not even shutting my mirrors the way they typically do. Usually I’d rather them keep them open so they can get washed and I don’t have to open them back up when I leave….
Today I found out why they fold them in “THE MACHINE HIT MY DRIVER SIDE MIRROR” and now it has a little scuff on it”.
And to top it off it’s 8:30am and the water STUNK!!!! I can’t imagine what it’ll be like by the end of the day. I’m sure there’s something they can do to drain it or refresh it that’s not being done.

There is often a line but $15 for a wash that includes the underside of the car isn't bad and it's nice that it is always operating.

Really liked it up until I realized that when you're purchasing the under carriage wash for extra, my car has mud snow ice and salt underneath, freshly after pulling out.. have my receipt and all..

negative stars. scratched the paint, bent the license plate, wax made a dirty film on the glass, and broke the wipers. payed for the best wash they offer. I called immediately after to complain when I noticed my wipers weren't working, and the guy had extremely poor customer service and wasn't helpful at all. I never take my car to washes but I just got a new used car that I spent a whole day on scraping off old pine sap that covered it because of the idiotic previous owners parking it under a pine. I needed to get the residue from cleaning the sap off right away which is why I went. never again. Save your money, and I don't just mean the $20 to get it washed, I mean the time and money put into it to keep the exterior looking clean and nice. EDIT: I cannot reply to the owner's reply, so I will reply here. I told the guy on the phone multiple times, as he had asked me , NO, my wipers were not on during the car wash, I absoluetly DID NOT 'admit' to them being on. I saw them get flipped up by the wash. And yes at the end of the wash I started driving toward the right because I COULD NOT SEE since the wax was coated on my windshield and the sun was shining onto it, and my wipers as I said got damaged from the wash so I could not use the washer fluid and wipe it away. My exit of the car wash has nothing to do with the effects of the damage from the wash. I pulled into the lot adjacent immediately after the wash to check on things and move my windows back, meaning it was a minute after I saw the wax coating leaving a residue, cold weather not affecting the wash. And you not owning up to the numerous scratches to the paint on my car? Yeah, even less impressed now. Do better.
