Their online banking is completely useless. They seemingly randomly delete and reorder charges so you can never know how much money is in your account. When you call them, they tell you to keep a paper account, which completely eliminates the purpose of having online banking.They also claim that this is just how online banking and clearing work; having asked several friends who bank elsewhere I can confidently say that's not the case. I'm not sure if their computers are just old or what, but if you expect usable, accurate online banking, avoid Biddeford Savings.EDIT: Apparently now they place a days hold on all check deposits no matter the amount. They just want to take your money and not provide services that every other bank does.

Staff is okay, if slow, but the website login process is an unbelievable nightmare. I'm a CPA and have worked with dozens of banks and this is absolutely the worst one I've ever seen. If you do a lot of banking online, look elsewhere for a bank that has a workable system. This isn't it!
