There was so much to choose from in the shop and I felt that the pricing of the merchandise is very fair-not always the case when you visit a town that is also a tourist destination. I ended up with much more than I expected (the owner must have a great eye for merchandise selection) which was a pleasant surprise and I will enjoy it all. “I found a very cute romper for my daughter's baby shower. It's a magenta pretty pink color. They also had a navy green color one. It's sleeveless & really pretty. I wore a white shawl over it.Anyone looking for something dressy but not too dressy this would be perfect. I went to 3 other places first. I should've just went here first. Next time I will because I usually always find what I need here. Plus there prices are reasonable. My romper was $40 dollars. Other places I went dresses & rompers were much more expensive & not as cute in my opinion.”
“LOVED this store! We have a corgi and they have literally corgi everything! Corgi shirts, hats, sweatshirts, coasters, magnets, signs, ornaments, cards, mugs, tumblers, socks, and so much more! They also have a bunch of other dog breeds like Goldens, king Charles cavs, pugs, frenchies, German shepards, poodles, etc. The owner steph was also super friendly and helpful! I lost my purse at one of the stores and she was kind enough to help me look around for it! If you are obsessed with your dog, definitely go here!”
“This shop is unlike anything I've ever seen. Unbelievably beautifully styled and merchandised, but also filled with THE MOST unusual objects for the home and body. Just gorgeous. Owned by two artists, Chris and Michelle also display high-end soaps and jewelry that they have made. Accented with lots of other very cool objects that are uniquely sourced, you won't want to miss this beautiful spot. I would come back to Kennebunkport just to visit Minka again... and I live all the way in California!”

“Dock Square Clothiers was the only place in the US that I could find a particular item which was out of stock everywhere. I needed it for family photos and was in a rush to get it so I called after placing the order online and they made sure to pull out all stops to get it out right away and ensured I had my package shipped to Texas when needed. Great service and much appreciated. If I’m ever in the area, I will certainly stop by in person.”

“1000/10! Way back in 2007 my mother purchased a similar blanket for me for Christmas- it was my absolute favorite thing in the world. My mom grew up in kennebunkport, we were always down there for the summer and then back there for prelude.Years flew by, movers misplaced the blanket & my mom is no longer with us… as a total shot in the dark, I emailed Mountain Tops in Kennebunkport, ME - I asked if they had the same blanket in stock. I wasn’t expecting any reply as it was mid winter - Sue, their manager, replied back SHE BELIEVES SHE HAS ONE IN STOCK!!! They weren’t open for the summer yet but when they were to open she would let me know. >> FAST FORWARD TO MAY:>> Not only was Sue extremely helpful and quick with her responses, she had my package out immediately! It got to me very quickly because I live an hour away - I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL to Sue & Mountain Tops for everything, THANK YOU thank you Thank You!!!!!! ?”

Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. “I had the best experience at this adorable little boutique and it was made even more special by Sarah who helped me out. The quality of clothes are good here and super cute. Sarah really stepped up and made the experience really shine, Ive never felt so special at a store before. She kept checking on me, asking if I needed a different size. Then when I came out to ask her opinion she went into personal shopper mode and showed me things I never would have thought to check out! She gave me a lot of fashion tips, had me try on a dress I loved (but didnt need at the moment) and a skirt I adored that would go with a lot of different outfits. Sarah is one of kind and I joked she should be my personal shopper.”

“I unfortunately ordered the wrong size shirts for my partner at Christmas, and had been lagging on taking them back for exchange. Got to the store and the staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. I had bought the shirts online, so there was a lot more"processing" to be done than a straight exchange. I was also a few days past the exchange window and the manager was kind enough to let me do an even exchange anyway - THAT is great customer service (and why I love BR). They had one of the shirts in stock, and the other 2 they reordered for me. The funny thing is that because of all the details involved, I was taking up a lot of their time, which I know could have been spent with others- but they kept apologizing to me for how long it took!! I was the one that needed to apologize to them! Oh, I was also wearing the BR blanket scarf and 1 of the women helping me was so complimentary of it- meant a lot. The staff at the Maine Mall store are EXCEPTIONAL. I've worked in retail almost all my life, so it takes a lot to impress me - and they blew it out of the park. Just a great group, and a great experience. I wish I had all of their names- but the gang working Saturday January 22nd- THANK YOU!!”
“I love this store. I don't know what it is about this store, but I feel like a little kid walking into a toy store when I come here. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe it's because the staff always greet and recognize you every time you walk in. Or maybe it's because there's always tons of items stocked inside waiting to be bought. The only thing I would say about going here is items can sometimes be VERY pricey. So just remember to bring some cash whenever you feel like coming here. Other then that, this store is a excellent place to shop and always a great place to be a part of!”
