This cvs is the worse cvs I’ve ever been to. I had a vaccine appt for my mother and myself. My 76 yr old handicapped mother with Alzheimer’s and I waited in line for 30 min, when finally our turn the pharmacist asked if we were “picking up” I said “no, we have a 12:30 PM appointment to get our vaccines”, she immediately just took the person behind us. At this point it was already 20 min past our appointment time. When I asked what the wait would be, she completely ignored me. She didn’t address me at all or speak to me or explain if there was gonna be a wait or she would be with us in a minute, etc. She was so disrespectful, and unprofessional!
We had to leave because my mother could not stand and wait any longer.
Made an appt with the CVS on elm street and they were so great.

They don’t return voicemails or let you talk to a person over the phone so if they mess up your prescription you have to physically go to the pharmacy.

Always friendly service, but need more staff. Sometimes the pharmacist has to wait on customers too.

Victoria is the nicest, most helpful pharmacist who goes out of her way for her customers. She is always pleasant, even under pressure and even when working all by herself, covering the phones and the counter and filling prescriptions. I go out of my way just to pick up from this location because the customer service here vs Sanford CVS is night and day. I have never had a single bad experience with any of the employees in the Biddeford pharmacy and I have been picking up there for years. Thank you so much to all of you for your empathy and kindness. Some of your customers really need that at a time when they are going through difficult times with illness/mental struggles. It means a lot.

Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. Entered in Tricare as my insurance, which CVS's website auto-completed and accepted several hours in advance of the appointment. Drive an hour and a half round trip only to be told they don't accept it and I'd have to pay $140 out of pocket.

I live about a half mile from a CVS Pharmacy in Portland, and yet I gladly pay the tolls and travel 20-25 minutes south and north on 95 to take care of any pharmaceutical needs I have. That’s all due to the professionalism, courtesy, discretion and genuine affability of the pharmacists who work there. They’re just good people. In my experience, that’s a rarity.
