Everyone from sales to delivery was professional and courteous. Salesman was very knowledgeable and I have never gotten a mattress that wasn’t quality built, and that’s saying doing business with them for last 20 years. They followed up for delivery time as a reminder and to make sure I was available. All in all a great experience.

Have loved this company for years as well as my desire to support Maine business. I own a seasonal rental and their mattresses have lasted me for years . Their salesman very helpful and the delivery guys are the best. Nice friendly helpful. The seasonal mattress is perfect for us as it is only used 3 months out of the year.

Bonnie in the Andover store was extremely helpful, answering all questions, and I had a few. The mattress size had to be custom made (in between a King and Calif king). She gave me the best options. And the two guys who delivered way down to where I live in Rochester, Ma. were great. I have to thank them for driving through Boston to get to me. I made coffee for them, but they gave me coffee for a gift. Great customer service from start to finish. Thanks!

Ken was amazing! When we walked in the door we weren't sure what to get. He explained everything to us and showed us multiple different options. We ended up getting a Leggett and Platt adjustable bed and we couldn't be happier. The delivery guys were just as awesome!
