The secretary (I think her name is Julie) is so helpful and fixed the problem I was having with help of their senior manager, Kyle. They correct the issues by the book and ensure my products get to my clients safely!! I’m lucky to be in their delivery zone!

My package was delayed. It had 20lbs of glass products in it. The delivery driver throws my package side ways on my porch. Surprise glass shattered everywhere in the box. There was no handle with care or fragile tape anywhere on the packaging. This happened all summer long with FedEx. The worst delivery
