Just had brakes done at Biddeford Jiffy Lube. Same as everywhere else it was pricey, but standard for today's world. Nice waiting area with Mythbusters on TV. Brakes feel a lot better now and the vehicle definitely stops faster. The crew here are fantastic and really nice people. I would come here again

Was in Maine and took my daughters car here for an oil change in a pinch. What a disaster. Noticed oil stains in my driveway and brought to mechanic. Both oil plug and filter were loose leaking oil.

Pulled in for an oil change in my VW GLI and the guy tried to tell me $129 because it takes “European oil”. It a 2016, not my first oil change buddy. I just looked at him and said no it doesn’t and left. Completely dishonest people. Avoid this place.

I've used JL for years for the convenience and the service points offered to check and fill fluids and cleaning checks. It's been getting steadily worse over the years as the price increases. This last time will be the last. Service tech training and retention has decreased to the point that I can't trust basic service to be done reliably. No tech knew how to drive standard trans. Worse yet was that the service tech showed me my engine air filter which was virtually new but had some rodent nest residue and suggested a new filter. I simply asked him to blow it out and put it back. I later found that he not only put it back with the nest residue still clinging to it but also left the remaining nest material in the filter box. No other fluids were topped off either. I guess they don't even do that any more. I won't be using them again.

Stopped in for an oil change and new inspection sticker. The manager and mechanics were great. Was in and out in less than an hour and a half and thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.
