The Korpaczewski crew were professional and personable. I always felt fully informed and included in decisions. They installed new sidewalks and integrated them seamlessly with the driveway (a complete removal of the old driveway followed by the laying of base and top layers). Truly flawless. The high quality of the experience we had working with John and his son, was totally outstanding! We contacted multiple paving companies and drove to look at examples of the results from several contractors, then contacted two companies for quotes. John’s son came to meet with us, and explained every aspect of the process in detail, with supporting brochures, as he measured and developed the quote. His slightly higher quote was worth every penny and more! Their processes, their professionalism, and their attention to detail are unmatched. John and his team removed our 36-year old driveway, and installed recycled asphalt as a base. They allowed that base layer to settle for two weeks, and upon their return, analyzing how the base had settled, John told us that he wanted to ensure good drainage by creating a gravel strip along the length of the driveway that, combined with a very slight slope on the driveway would divert water to limit puddling on the very flat surface. This extra step added significant effort, time, and material cost to the project. John, however, insisted that he honor the original estimate, even though we felt we should be responsible for the additional cost. He explained that his business was founded on principles of integrity, and he firmly, but politely, declined our multiple requests to pay for the additional expenses. John and his son were present for all aspects of the project, and the team they head is experienced and professional. Their equipment is top-notch, and they worked efficiently as a well-oiled team, exhibiting punctuality and respect for each other, our property, and us as customers. Excellence defined their efforts every step of the way! We feel so fortunate that we chose such an experienced and professional paving company. Don’t hesitate to choose the best: J. Korpaczewski and Son!

We recently had work done on our commercial building parking lot. There were completely disintegrated sections of the lot that were fixed and repaved, large cracks in both the walkways and parking lot that were filled, the whole lot was resealed and lined. It looks like a new parking lot! Not to mention that Korpaczewski worked around our limited timeframe of when the lot would be available to be worked on. They were professional, helpful and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
