New Morning Natural Foods in Kennebunk is a wonderful co-op and natural foods store with a super nice place, both for its product selection and its people. Customers are greeted by friendly smiles, and the staff is noted for being super kind with a really nice aura. The store offers a great selection of cool, harder-to-find items and healthy alternatives, including spices, dried fruits, dried nuts, pickled jarred items, breads, frozen foods, fresh veggies, and lots of healthy items at reasonable prices. There is an excellent quality of items, with a particularly awesome selection of pre-made foods like lentil soup and spicy cauliflower. The store also features an aisle of lotions and sunscreen products, handmade soaps, and local products, which is a huge bonus. Surprisingly good deals can be found, especially on bulk stuff and discounted items like yoga teas. However, a recurring issue mentioned is that the POS system is outdated. This has led to a loss of confidence for some, as a mistake occurred where a previous customer's total was not cleared from the cash register, resulting in an incorrect and higher charge. This incident means customers feel they must be more vigilant, always requesting and checking their receipt before leaving to ensure accuracy. Despite this concern with the old system, the store remains a highly recommended spot, especially for vegans and vegetarians, filled with so much good stuff to browse and try.

Great place to get local breads. They have amazing soup. Lots of variety on herbs, teas, healthy food all way round.
