Went to get an inspection after buying a new car, when the guy heard what I paid in taxes he said "you don't need to spend any more today" and did it for free!
Overall a clean location with very personable staff.

I came to Oreily’s in Biddeford because my TPMS light was on they were great and knowledgeable about my Car s system and found out when it was rotated they didn’t reset it so he did it for me no charge excellent service!

This review is a month late but better late than never! Had a windshield wiper emergency, thought it was just my passenger side but nope, drivers side too! I was there 2 days in a row because I had insisted the drivers side was fine. I had to travel 3hrs to get home alone & it was going to rain. I cannot say thank you enough to Everett & Anthony they were so kind & helpful, so friendly & got my wipers all set for my ride home! I am so grateful. When I visit Biddeford & I ever need help I'll go right to O'Reilly's to see Everett & Anthony! Thanks so much for your help & kindness. I'm actually in Tewksbury now & there's an O'Reilly's here too, because of my experience in Biddeford I'll be going to Tewksbury too!!Denise R

I've only been living in the Biddeford area since October of 2020 and have dealt with O'Reilly Auto Parts on 3 different occasions, once to purchase a Schumacher Battery charger for my motorcycle, which worked awesome!then a second time July 5th 2020, to purchase some Rotors and Ceramic brake shoes for my room mates car.They had what I thought I might need for the job and found that my problem was with the rear brakes which were Drums and Shoes.When I went to exchange them for what I really needed for the job, I met the Manager, I believe that his name was Everett(I apologize if it is wrong)I explained my error to him and Everett told me to bring them in and He would be happy to exchange them.I think that Elliot noticed that I was wearing a back brace and asked one of his associates to assist me.When I opened my trunk to get the set of shoes that I was going to exchange, I found that the boxes were soaking wet from the heavy down pours that we recieved the night before.They were soggy, I didn't think that I would get an exchange for what I previously purchased.I was WRONG!Everett helped me out and gave me a full refund on what I purchased and money back on the difference.My point is that O'Reilly Auto Parts did not have to do that for me.Elliot took that little extra step to take care of my needs and I appreciate you for how you treated my mistake and helped me out to my car with my order.Kindness goes a long way!Thank you!
