PeoplesChoice Credit Union provided excellent customer service and professional warm bank tellers. Person have outstanding customer service, clear and concise loan terms, and help with first car loan and personal loan that approved a dream vehicle. Tellers were patient, kind and warm, made person feel very welcomed. Community thank the bank for kindness and helping out the person next to them. This credit union is one of the best, a saving grace in the community.
Their overdraft fees have gotten out of hand. We live paycheck to paycheck, and a fee is even more than what would have been debited. We cant always have money in the bank on time. peoples doesn't pay the debit, but still charges the fee. It's literally stealing, and banks are getting away with it.
