I love bringing my dog to petsmart to see Destynee she is fantastic, my dog is very anxious after having a really bad experience at petco but when she's done at petsmart she's so happy and clean

This PetSmart in Newington is a good one. Seems to have a little more variety in stock than my usual one in Biddeford, ME. Good range of services. Prices are typical PetSmart, OK, but not as low as some other stores. Limited sale items.

I visited Petsmart in Biddeford twice, just a few days apart. My puppy had - each time rolled in something foul smelling. She was a mess. The staff greeted my beast with smiles & checked her in . She came back to me sparkling clean & smelling sooo much better. Thank you Petsmart for being available on a moments notice & being so kind to my stinky dog!

Browsed through the store only, and looked at cat food and litter prices. No one harassed me to make a sale, which was great.
Store was clean, well stocked and spacious.

Got the dogs nails trimmed. My dogs are very bouncy and active. I was trying to pay so I could just leave quickly. But the young lady was trying to up sale a program. I told her I didn't want it but she was quite persistent. My dogs were getting very anxious and wanted to leave especially when one of them began barking. The young lady who trimmed their nails was excellent. She takes her time.

I really like this place. They have a great variety of fish. They only had 2 cats there, but I've seen more in the past. If you like birds, turtles, Bearded Dragons, and guinea pigs I'd recommend going to PetSmart in Biddeford.

Nice store. Lots of inventory and variety, but all on the high end. Great for those that can afford it; not so much for those on a tight budget.
