A gentleman by the name Ron, I don't know his last name, did the work on my furnace. Just about everything was a pain, including ending up with the wrong part being supplied.Ron did a fantastic job. He handled each part professionally and kept his cool even when I would have been throwing things. It took two trips to complete the repair, with an hour each way each time for him. He talked me through every step so I would know what was happening.VERY impressed.”
