“THREE ways Jim Godbout/ Provencher Fuels have made my life easier JUST this month.
1. Three weeks ago, I was in need of emergency plumbing at my home on a Sunday. Within 45 minutes I had a very helpful and kind technician arrive. He needed an extra hand and in no time his supervisor was at my home helping to take care of the issue. Thank you Joe and Shawn!
2. My crew was working at a home in Portland on Friday and realized the recently purchased home was out of oil. A call to Provencher, got the homeowner set up with an account and no more than two hours later the house was warm again. Thank you Odina and Paul!
3. Tonight-The burner in my building was not working. We tried igniting it but it was misfiring. Call to Provencher for some help because this is beyond my capabilities. With- in 30 minutes a technician is at the house assessing the situation. Thank you Dennis!
Nobody expects these things to happen, but when it does it is so nice to know I have a reputable, knowledgeable, honest team willing to answer the call and help a girl out!

“We had an issue on Saturday May 30th, no hot water or heat, I called the after hours line, the service took my phone number and not even 3 minutes later Darcy called me from Dead River and sent a team member out to fix it. Thank you Darcy, great customer service and response:)
We've been using Dead River for over 18 years and we utilize their annual tune up service plan too. Just today our upstairs wasn't heating up. They sent Justin out and in less than 5 minutes he figured it out, And fixed it. The oil delivery is automatic and the service is 24 hours a day. We had others before them but they weren't like this team. We highly recommend them.”

“Emergency call to Branch Brook for a loud intermittent noise on our boiler. Tech arrived in 25 mins from our call. The tech fixed the problem within 30 mins of being there. Replaced primary zone circ pump and issue resolved. Tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.”
“Caitlin the manager!!! She is an asset to your company. I had questions about the rewards program concerning gas prices and she was patient, thoroughly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. All the girls in there are great and I can see why with someone like her leading them!!! Pay attention to that one corporate!”
“Had an issue of no heat or hot water this morning and called Champagne’s. They were here by 1:00 PM and had everything fixed by 1:45 PM. Technician was a great guy to have work in your home. He was honest and upfront about everything he was doing.
