Don’t use this company. They installed our heat pumps in our new home. When one was leaking into the basement they refused to come out and service it as we no longer purchased propane from them. We had Dave’s World come out to repair the improper installation of Provencher. The line was not angled for gravity feed to outside nor was it caulked on the outside so the water ran back into our basement There was also no downspout on the exterior of the house.

Provencher fuel went above & beyond for us in todays storm. They alerted us that the furnace went out then went through deep water in order to reach our house & do an emergency winterization. Had they not done this our pipes would have surely burst. We are beyond greatful & could not have asked for better service!!!r highly recommend!!!

The office staff is rude and unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone was abusive. They are not interested in new customers. They refer others for service — don’t have their own people available —and those individuals are unreliable. The owners refuse to talk to customers. Do not get involved with these people.

Extremely poor customer service. Didn't process my payment accordingly and then stopped delivering and ran out of heat in the middle of winter. When calling to report the situation was denied communication to management and was told I could not be a customer anymore in the middle of winter because the office person didn't want to get in trouble. Gave me a story that the owner was dying of brain cancer and that the company was selling anyway.

During what is being called "Frozen America" Provencher Fuels is keeping us warm. I called Provencher Fuels to see if they were taking new customers. Not only were they, but I had my delivery within a couple of hours. Other oil companies were refusing new customers and making customers wait 1-2 weeks out for deliveries. Provencher Fuels is the one to call. They provided us with excellent service and product when others couldn't!
