“I want to give a huge shout-out to Alex at the Staples in Biddeford, Maine for truly exceptional customer service.
Earlier today, a friend of mine was driving from Boston to Maine when she realized she had accidentally left several very important documents on her kitchen table. She was under an extremely tight time crunch, so I recreated the documents and called the Biddeford Staples to see if there was any way they could help.
Alex answered the phone, listened to the situation, and immediately gave me the email address so I could send the documents directly to the store. I explained that my friend would be arriving in about 20 minutes and needed to get in and out as quickly as possible.
By the time she walked through the door, Alex had everything printed and ready for her. She was literally in and out of the store in three minutes.
That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. Alex understood that this wasn’t just a routine print job. Someone was in a bind, and he went out of his way to make things easier for her.
I hope Staples and the management at the Biddeford location recognize what a valuable asset they have in this young man. Alex, thank you for being so kind, responsive, and helpful when it really mattered. You saved the day!”
