seriously don't bother wasting your time. Just call or do everything online. they legit do not wanna do simple tasks or their job. guess mailing back my box instead of you guys just taking it by hand was easier? somehow

Expensive but most employees are knowledgeable. Service can be shotty but customer service is genuinely helpful if you get the right person. All in all, I gave them 3 stars based on my experience with them during my time with them.

I will say the sale rep was excellent but I will also say the manager was very rude and unpleasant to talk to . They are there to do a job. I was not impressed by him at all.

They were quick and efficient. The woman who waited on me got that I was pressed for time and knew about Router setup. She was very helpful without being pushy. I love that kind of customer service.

I am so glad that I got rid of Spectrum. The promises of upgrading their lines for faster service and when calling retention they harass you! Bye bye Spectrum!! I now have Fidium fiber and they deliver their promise with speeds!

Went to this Spectrum to exchange a dead modem after a power outage. Outside of the long wait, for they only had two clerks on duty, everything went well. We were able to exchange our modem for a new one in no time at all. We got home, set everything up only to find out the the replacement modem was also defective. We had to go back the next day and replace both router and modem, since we were not sure which one was defective. We showed up early this time and we did not have to wait. This time the associate, Thomas, who remembered us from two months earlier, took care of everything for us, giving us a new router and new modem. Thomas was very friendly and very professional! He even took the time to explain to us how to activate the new devices ourselves. This was really nice, because the day before, when we were trying to set it up and activate via "Chat", the associate at the other end (who will remain nameless) pretty much told us that we needed to make an appointment (for service tech) for we cannot do it ourselves. Thanks, but we set it up ourselves two months earlier with no problems. The problem here was not us but your device. We got home, set up and activated the new devices without having to make an appointment. We canceled the appointment she made for us!

Make sure you have an appointment time BEFORE walking it. If you do, then you are served prior to all the people ahead of you!!!! LISTEN TO ME if you want to get in and out in decent amount of time.
Picked up the cable modem, wifi router and tv streaming box. Hooked it up at home 1 hour later and EVERYTHING WORKED - thank the maker for that!

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Not only is the service trash but I lost my promotion due to moving and they didn’t cover the area. Won’t give us any type of promotion to knock any money off even tho the rep on the phone lied and said we could have our old promotion back. I really hate this company and everything you stand for. If anyone ever tries to talk you into “free phones” DONT DO IT.

So I had the internet & phone deal for $49.99 & bought a new cell, Galaxy S23+ for $22.22 a month. I like my phone but the service isn't great. It cuts out and doesn't work at all in some places.

So glad I'm quitting Spectrum so I never have to walk into this store ever again. Signing in to be on a wait list is the stupidest thing I have ever experienced, and it wasn't even working today. But when I approached a counter where it looked like an employee had finished helping someone, I was very rudely told that I need to be signed in. Fine. The guy comes over and signs me in on his pad.But then, a few minutes later, a man comes in off the street, and walks up to a counter without signing in, and he is helped despite EVERY other employee having just watched me go through this process less than 5 minutes ago. And not a single one of them told him he needed to sign in, the employee didn't even check the sign in list.It took almost another 10 minutes for me to be helped, because 2 of the other employees were just shooting the breeze with the customers instead of trying to move the line along, and the employee who did call me over at last was sneezing and sniffing and wiping her face, with no mask on and no hand sanitizer used.Overall, this is probably now in the top 5 worse store experiences I have ever had in my life.
