Staples in Biddeford had school supplies! But the chaos on the sales floor was staggering- empty display boxes, more half empty boxes scattered near end caps…. It can’t all be blamed on the shoppers. For a quiet day there was a lot of sitting and not cleaning by staff.

I brought in an aging printer that wasn't working, received the undivided attention of Alex, the store manager. who tried to fix it all the while explaining the problem
and then helped me select and buy a new printer.

Saw ink cartridge for 39.99 . Husband gets cartridge it is 49.99 . Ask for manager , associate refused saying bring back . For the inconvenience and gas no I will buy for 30.00 cheaper at Walmart . Wish I had checked before going to Staples .

This store is very well stocked and the staff are very helpful. I have a hard time locating a certain printer ink but they always have it in stock. When purchasing ink this weekend, they were helpful in mentioning there was a coupon available since I am a rewards member….I love when a business looks out for me as a customer instead of just their bottom line.

My computer was hacked a couple of weeks ago rendering it completely useless. I went to Staples in Biddeford and worked with Alex. I opted to purchase a new computer (on sale) since HP would only be supporting my computer (old) for a short period of time moving forward.
Alex removed the virus and transferred all my files, photos, etc. all the while reassuring me that 'all would be well'. I also had the latest McAfee antivirus installed (my phone as well) and purchased tech support. Smart decision. :)
I had shared with Alex that I wasn't sure if I would remember how to connect my wireless printer to my computer. He replied, "don't worry; I'll put a short cut tutorial on your desktop". What a lifesaver and was easy to do!
I originally had entered Staples feeling very anxious ... and left feeling very cared for. Alex made the whole transition seamless and I could not have had a better experience!
I am grateful; thank you Alex!
Needless to say, I would highly recommend Staples in Biddeford, ME for any of your computer needs or issues.

Employer must be cheap. Only one employee for the whole store working the cash register. Has no time to help people in the store. Needs more people to help customers.

Kudos to Shawn for helping me out !!!! I needed to print quite a few pages of a file and wasn’t sure if the file was too big or not - Shawn came right over and after trying a few different ways to try to print it , he was successful !! It took a little bit of time but Shawn tried a few things until he got it done - Thanks again Shawn , I appreciate your help so much !! DS

Matt in the print center is an absolute saint! He is always so kind and happy to help with my various print and cut needs for wedding and shower invitations and stationery (we have had so many recently). When I see him behind the counter I know that I’ll be in good hands and will have no issues getting what I need. Staples is lucky to have Matt!!

The guys who work at Staples in Biddeford are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They keep their supplies in order so it's easy to find what I need. I've been shopping there since I moved to Maine from MN and I think it is the best of all other stores I've visited in Biddeford. I was there tonight and that's why I am sharing this review for stellar service.

I went to the store to get some cables for my monitors. I wasn’t quite sure which ones would work. Basher in tech services was so helpful!! He showed me which ones to purchase and helped me get a great deal with the app. He was so knowledgeable, pleasant and great customer service! Made my trip easy and affordable.
